Judah Pollack changed the trajectory of my life. When I met Judah I was a retired Army colonel with with over 30 years of leadership experience. I had led organizations from 40 people to 2000 people. I thought I knew who I was and how I could best lead others. Judah’s unique and individualized approach to Jungian typology (I’d been exposed to MBTI before) was revelatory. I learned why I led the way I led and when and with whom my approach was best suited. It was if scales had been lifted from my vision.
